Preheat oven to 475.
Mix 2 cups flour and 2 1/2 tsp baking powder.  Cut in 1/3 cup
margarine with pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse
corn meal.  Add 3/4 cup of milk and blend lightly with fork
only until flour is moistened and dough pulls away from sides
of bowl.  Knead a bit (30 seconds).  Roll 3/4 inch thick and
cut in about 9 or 12 pieces.  Bake 12-15 minutes on cookie sheet,
until lightly browned.
