Junior League Raspberry Coffee Cake
4 Tbsp softened butter
3/4 C sugar
1 1/2 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 C milk
2 C frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
Heat oven to 375. Grease and flour 8in pan.
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in egg.
Combine flour and baking powder.
Add flour alternately with milk, beating after addition.
Pour into pan and sprinkle with topping. Bake 40-45 minutes.
1/2 C sugar
1/3 C flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 Tbsp butter
Cut with pastry cutter until coarse.
